Deserts in Kauai

There are some very yummy deserts on the island. We shared them all. There was Hula Pie at Keoki's Paradise; yum!

You can find Shave Ice at many places on any island in Hawaii. They start with a scoop of ice cream and shave ice on top of it, packing it a little and adding flavors. The ice is much lighter than in a snow cone and this treat is unbelievably tasty. We shared them from JoJo's and Hee Fat General Store.
