The Japanese declared an end to WWII on this spot on the USS Missouri on September 2, 1945. The documents were signed and remain on this ship. The Captains Dining Quarters seemed quite nice. We climbed down to view the living quarters. The snack room looked welcoming. And the guys found the Petty Officers Relaxation Room comfortable.
